12 Private Integrative Life Coaching Sessions – Weekly private coaching focused on

4 Private Family Coaching Sessions – A structured, facilitated conversation between
the young adult and their family to rebuild trust and co-create support strategies.
In-Between-Session Action Plan: After each session, participants will receive a personalized action plan. This plan includes specific tasks and objectives to be completed before the next session, ensuring continuous engagement and progress.
Skills Development Coaching: The program includes coaching aimed at developing essential life skills such as time management, financial literacy, decision-making, and social skills.
Accountability and Tracking: Participants will have regular check-ins to monitor their progress against the set goals. This accountability system helps maintain focus and motivation throughout the program.
Weekly Skills Workbook: Throughout the program, participants will receive various worksheets and resources to aid in their development. These materials are designed to reinforce learning and provide practical tools for handling real-life challenges.
Family Involvement Activities: Recognizing the role of family dynamics, the program includes fun and interactive for family members to participate in to effectively support the participant’s journey towards independence.
Career Guidance and Planning: For those struggling with career direction, the program offers career counseling sessions to explore interests, skills, purpose and potential career paths, including resume building and interview coaching.
Health and Wellness Focus: Attention is also given to physical health and wellness, acknowledging the connection between physical, emotional and mental health.
Post-Program Assessment: At the conclusion of the 16 weeks, a post-assessment is conducted to evaluate progress and compare it with the initial assessment. This helps in measuring the effectiveness of the program and planning any future steps.
